Titleimage: Department Consumer Behavior

As the Consumer Behavior department, we investigate consumer attitudes, decisions and behavior.

Our research, teaching and service projects aim to promote health and sustainability behavior (in the sense of the UN Sustainable Development Goals). We pursue this with experiments, quantitative and qualitative surveys and various measurement methods (e.g. process tracing).

Our work is interdisciplinary and our approaches are based on social, environmental and economic psychology, decision research, social marketing and behavioral economics.
